Audi New Zealand recognise excellence

Audi Excellence is about recognising and celebrating exceptional business performance. The programme recognises those that deliver outstanding results against the KPIs that are applied from customer service, technical, marketing, right through to sales results.

The Ebbett Audi team are proud to be recipients of two awards. The New Car Sales Team of the Year and Parts Team of the Year.

The success of these two departments doesn't happen in isolation. Both of these departments rely upon the support and skill of their colleagues across the entire business and also the support from our valued customers.

It is about delivering consistent results, at a premium level which requires both the mindset and full support of every area within the business.

As a sign of the current economic reality, the Audi Excellence Awards were pared right back this year, and there were only 6 awards given out to the network in its entirety. Despite the event not being as lavish as it has been in the past, Duane Jarrett (administrator of the awards) stressed the fact that the awards have not been diminished in either their stature or the effort required to be successful.

As has become a reliable phenomenon for Ebbett Audi, we again punched above our size!!
