Do I really need to service my vehicle if it’s older than 6 years?
Yes, replacing the lubricant that protects your engine from wear and tear and inspecting maintenance components is essential to guard against expensive issues arising in future. A vehicle with a strong service history will also have a better resale value.
Will there be any costs in addition to those advertised?
Each Service Select package is set to give you complete transparency on pricing and the package costs do not change.
If you require any further work to be carried out (for example, if we spot an issue with your vehicle) then we will happily give a no obligation quote and only go ahead on your approval.
Why is the Bronze pack only suitable for 6 months / 10,000kms?
The Bronze pack includes mineral oil which does not last as long as the semi-synthetic oils included in the other packages.
What if my vehicle needs more oil than standard?
Our Service Select packages allow for the following oil volumes: Bronze package (mineral oil capped at 4.5l), Silver, Gold and European (synthetic oil capped at 5l) and Commercial (synthetic oil capped at 7.5l). If your vehicle requires more oil, then our charge rates are $11.60+gst per litre for mineral oil and $13.30+gst per litre for synthetic.

The following makes of vehicles are excluded from our Service Select packages due to the cost of parts and labour, including but not limited to Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Land Rover, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Porsche, Corvette, Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and McLaren.

Service Select is available from any Ebbett Automotive dealership other than Ebbett Prestige, Duncan & Ebbett, Ebbett Audi, Ebbett Toyota locations and Lexus of Hamilton.
To qualify for Service Select pricing, you will have to stipulate this at the time of booking or upon arrival at the dealership for drop-off.
Diesel SUVs are excluded from the Bronze and Silver Service Select packages.
