Continuing to win prestigious awards for excellence

Volkswagen New Zealand gathered its dealer network at Bracu Estate in Auckland on the 24th April 2024, to celebrate their annual Dealer of the Year awards.

The day aimed to bring the high performing network together, to connect, reflect on the year that had past and re-energise for the year ahead. In attendance was every function of Dealerships including; Parts, Service, Passenger Sales, Commercial Sales, and Marketing.

After an information-packed morning detailing the roadmap for the year ahead, the afternoon recognised Dealerships that demonstrated outstanding performance across various key metrics, including customer satisfaction, sales volume, dealership operations, and innovation. Winners in these categories spanned the breadth of the county and showed a consistent high level of performance among the Volkswagen network.

Ebbett Volkswagen were the proud winner of the Commercial Service Department of the Year.

Chanelle McDonald, General Manager of Volkswagen Passenger, explained that; “Our Dealer network teams ultimately deliver the Volkswagen experience to our customers every day so it is a privilege to recognise their efforts and the passion they have for the Volkswagen brand.”
