The first accolade earned by our team was the highly coveted Business Manager of the Year award, won by the talented Cherry Dekort. Her remarkable expertise, professionalism, and dedication have set new benchmarks within the industry.
Additionally, the Parts Team of the Year award exemplifies the Parts department’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality. This recognition is a testament to the team’s efforts in ensuring the availability of genuine parts and accessories, contributing to the seamless ownership and servicing experience for our Jaguar and Land Rover customers. Led by Gary Alderson, the Parts Department has grown from strength to strength.
In the fiercely competitive category of New Car Sales, our dealership emerged as the runner-up. Led by Matthew Adams, the New Car Sales team’s aim to understand customers’ needs and establish lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, are reflected by this achievement.
