Duncan & Ebbett's Mitey Drive Fundraiser Event

Mitey was developed over two years by the Sir John Kirwan Foundation with input from highly experienced specialists from the University of Auckland as well as New Zealand educators, teachers and clinicians.

Provided free to New Zealand primary and intermediate schools, Mitey teaches mental health as part of the New Zealand curriculum and has already positively impacted more than 12,000 New Zealand children across the country.

Land Rover New Zealand sponsored Sir John Kirwan and provided him with a Land Rover Defender 90 to complete the estimated 2,100km drive across the country. Land Rover and Sir John Kirwan aimed to raise enough money to roll out his charitable initiative Mitey to 40 more schools to help over 11,000 Kiwi kids.

Our team at Duncan & Ebbett endeavoured to support this very worthy cause by raising funds for Mitey. All ticket and auction proceeds from our event helped support Land Rover’s overall commitment of raising $1 Million for Mitey.

Thank you to our generous sponsors and to all of those who came out to support our Mitey Drive fundraiser event on Monday 4th July. With your help, we managed to raise over $20,000 for the Sir John Kirwan Foundation with our live auction. We know JK greatly appreciated the support.
