1. The Promoter is European Distributors Limited trading as Škoda NZ.
2. This promotion commences on 1 July 2026 and ends at close of business 30 September 2026 or while stock lasts (Promotion Period)
3. If you make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) of a qualifying model set out in the Level Up offer below (Promotional Vehicle), you may pay an additional $2,000 to upgrade to the corresponding higher specification model listed for that vehicle (Offer):

4. An eligible purchase means a purchase of a Promotional Vehicle that satisfies all the following (an Eligible Purchase): a) from an Authorised Škoda dealer in New Zealand during the Promotional Period; and b) that is new and landed stock (ie a vehicle that has already arrived in the country and is physically present at the dealership or in a local warehouse and can be delivered during the Promotion Period); and c) has paid for in full by cash or finance and registered in your name during the Promotion Period.
5. This Offer does not apply to Promotional Vehicles ordered outside of the Promotion Period, or any fleet, rental, government purchase or the purchase of any demonstration vehicles.
6. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
7. This Offer is not available to employees of the Promoter, its related parties, or family members of employees.
8. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Offer or otherwise amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amended or updated terms will be published on the Promoter’s website.
10. All pricing stated includes GST and excludes on-road costs and accessories.
